About
I began my career in brand management and advertising. My career in learning & development started when I worked for T-Mobile in their Seattle office. I have a bachelor's degree in Animation and a graduate degree in Instructional Systems Design from UMBC which gives me a good foundation for what I do today.
After eight years of working in various capacities as a learning & development professional, I have noticed that many organizations struggle with creating effective learning because modalities are constantly evolving. I have helped several organizations build effective and scalable learning programs and have trained thousands of employees along the way.
My passion is designing and developing online courses. Currently, I lead a monthly Special Interest Group (SIG) workshop on Learning Technologies at ATD Fort Worth Mid-Cities, where I also volunteer as Past President. I am a regular contributor to the Articulate E-Learning Community, where my projects have been featured many times.
When I am not creating e-learning courses, you can find me watching soccer (Go Manchester United!), traveling, or spending time with family. I am usually looking for speaking opportunities and ways to collaborate. Use the button below to book a meeting or a class with me. Thanks!
